After several years spent in establishments where welcoming guests and sharing were core values, we felt the desire to write our own story and create a place that reflects who we are: friendly, bright, and sincere.
That is how La Verrière was born in 2001, a lively place open to its neighborhood, where every hour of the day is an opportunity to share generous cuisine, a moment of pleasure, and a meeting.

Our Commitments
Eating well also means doing the right thing.
In our kitchen, every gesture matters: products are traceable, teams are fully trained (HACCP, weekly inspections by Mérieux Nutriscience), and cleanliness is a daily priority.
But our commitment goes beyond what is on the plate.
With Greenwishes, our peelings and organic waste are transformed into natural compost.
And for takeaway orders, we have chosen eco-friendly packaging made from sugarcane pulp, wood, and corn starch.
Because the pleasure of good food only truly makes sense when it respects the land that feeds us.
